Human Rights Policy Established
In April 2025, we established the SAN-AI OBBLI Group Human Rights Policy to support international norms on human rights and reduce human rights risks in our supply chain. To establish the policy, experts in the field conducted a human rights risk assessment that also looked at our business partners. The assessment determined that the Group faces the main human rights risks listed below. The Group assigns departments to respond to risks and will conduct initiatives to promote human rights.

Enhancement of employee education and training systems
We conduct its employee training program in line with its management philosophy, the SAN-AI Spirit, at its company-owned training facility, Obbli Base Atami, located in Atami.
The program emphasizes not only the development of professional knowledge and skills but also the cultivation of personal character. We support employees’ self-development through initiatives such as incentives for obtaining professional certifications and distance learning programs. In addition, we foster professionals with broad perspectives and specialized expertise through opportunities such as graduate programs for working professionals and exchange programs with overseas business partners.

Support for activities by the hot air balloon club of Saga University
SAN-AI OBBLI CO., LTD. donate hot air balloons to the hot air balloon club of Saga University. When the hot air balloon club was first established, we lent balloons to students, and now they are actively participating in Saga International Balloon Festa and other competitions nationwide.
Co-sponsoring activities of the ichimura nature study course in kanto and kyushu
Ichimura Nature School is a specified non-profit corporation established to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of Kiyoshi Ichimura, the founder of the Ricoh SAN-AI Group. Students from the fourth grade of elementary school to the second grade of junior high school develop their discipline, independence, and creativity through nature experience activities and communal living, mainly agricultural work. SAN-AI OBBLI CO., LTD. supports the activities of the school as a corporate member.
Donations to The Traffic Victim's Children's Welfare Foundation
Our group has business characteristics that are closely related to the automobile society, and the people living in the community are important stakeholder. By donating to The Traffic Victim's Children's Welfare Foundation, which provides financial support such as scholarships for children who have gone away from traffic, we maintains educational opportunities for children and helps to develop the next generation.
